1000GB of email.. for FREE

wow, never thought i'd see this, but
hriders is actually offering 1 gargantuan terabyte - that's 1000 gigabyte, or 1 million megabyte - for FREE.

what on earth are you gonna store in there, you might ask? techies and geeks gonna love this. even if you don't need it, it's nice to know that you have it. like that novel you never read. or your armpit hair. or a spellchecker for your email (oops, seems hriders offer that too - in several languages).

if you've got broadband, then you don't need to store all your fav divx movies in your hard drive. and really, when was the last time you ever watched all those movies labeled 'favourites'??

so if you've got this sentimental attachment syndrome sickness with your files, and your hard drive just ain't big enuff, then just upload it online. apparently, the hriders email can support up to 500mb for attachments. not enuff for those divxs? use peer2mail to chop it all up in small pieces.

a word of warning though. the UI is.. well, downright horrible. to me at least. you'll be periodically redirected to ad pages while the page loads. and it looks like some secondary school project. honestly, what do you expect? be thankful, thou freebiekiasucheapocheapskate!

of course, i don't expect anyone to use this email except for backup. seriously, hriders.com? exempt those engrossed in harleys and nose-piercing and leather overalls and bashing people with chains.

honorary mention: united mail systems. free 3gb. and a really, really sleek UI.

honorary mention II: my gmail. right now it's up to.. 2259mb. and i'm still using 0% of it. or 0.35% to be exact. invites still available.

gotta go. i have a paper in 4 hours' time..
